is it lag, or not, how i get rid

when im playing, (i juststarted playing SRO again) and when i go to attack someone it doesnt attack like, right away, (im a blader) and he kinda just stands ther for 1 sec beside him then attacks, and the skills dont activiate right away, so i have to use a skill b4 my next attack, so it will go off on the next next attack, u see what i mean? i have a gig of ram so thats fine, any suggestoins? i lowered the quality to lowest alrdy. is it supposed to be like that or is it something wrong with me? how i fix it> ty

edit: would it make my game run slower if i have like 20 other games installed? not running them, just installed. does that make my progs run slower or not

the servers are rotting away. soon u'll press quickslot key for imbue and it turns on when u respawn in town after dying from lag...

You can't fix it, Its the Server, There is too many people on so It lags.

joymax dont wanna upgrade the servers....it costs money, money they wanna keep,money they wanna keep takin outta ur credit cards...err your mothers credit cards for u kiddies

if they made the server bigger then they would make money, Joymax is filled with idiots who cant run a business.

For me, Before I play SRO I close all processes.

How? CTRL + ALT + DEL Hit the processes Tab then hit Username and it should orgainze the processes. Now click every process under your computer name ( mine is "user" ) except for explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe.

Start silkroad just like you normally would. After you log onto the server and stuff hit CNTRL +ALT +DEL and hit the processes tab then hit username again. Now there should be a new process called SRO_Client.exe. Right click it and hit Set Priority ---> RealTime or High. This has made my game lag about 80% less than before.

Ok maybe it didn't work for you but it DID work for me.

it kinda is cuz it made my pc make ding ding ding noises like i was gettin spammed with Pms and it had a lag spike at same time so i set it back to normal

oh shet i didnt read that right..i didnt close anything i just set the priority higher on my sro_cliet.exe and another err .exe..... and my pc went off the hook lol
