I've seen dual weap build being popular here in tibet, even I use it. In other servers are there any dual weap users there?

Hmm if your a glaiver you can get another weapon skill tree if you'd like. Since they don't need ice.
That's why i'm going to lvl to cap with bow, and then farm for heuksal

Most common Dual weap build in tibet is Pure-Int Sword and Spear.

+1 Yup I think they're in Mercenaries guild. The problem with dual wielding is that at the lvl 150 cap, there's not gonna be enough mastery (only 300) to max both out w/o sacrificing a force.

But I think pure str ss/glaive > pure/hybrid int ss/spear.

my character is currently a blader
69 ice, 69 fire, 68 light, 69 bicheon...
i thinking about deleveling ice for patcheon, and becoming a dual blader/archer build.. use blade for 1v1 and small group pvp and bow for group pvp..
any ideas on that?
OH NOES HE'S GONNA GET YOU!!

A guildmate of mine uses dual S&S + Spear. He's very deadly in PvP, nuking with a spear and then KD+ triple stab with sword. Dual weapons can be cool, but they require TONS of skill points. If you don't plan to farm (aka. A LOT) forget the dual weapon stuff.

Just want to confirm this, he is completely wrong. Never has JoyMax ever said that they are planning to raise the Masterly LvL, even at Higher Levels.
This is as we know for the moment.
