DISCLAIMER: i am not a bicheon user, but 6 of the top 8 BH players are.
what i get form them is this: lvl your combos. bicheon characters kill slower as it is... having to wait for your foe to be knocked down, be stabbed, and then get back up makes it even longer. not efficient for grinding. combos = fast hits in short time = higher crit percentage = faster kills. the knockdown and stab techniques are good for PvP, but not grinding.
again this could be 107% false. but it's what i've gathered.

Thx IceCrash for my awesome sig :)

well, that's true if you only have one move you can do while he's knocked down. later on you can get another one, so it's not really wasted time.
and those moves hit hard. the first knockdown hits for about 4x a regular hit for me. if the enemy doesn't get knocked down, it takes very little time at all to use it. the cool time is also pretty quick on it. hit the enemy once regular and it's about time to do it again.
when he DOES get knocked down, it still does that 4x damage, but then you can use your stab skills to get him even harder, which hit for only slightly less from what i've seen. if you are high enough level to have both striking skills, you can do a bunch of damage before they get up. and don't forget that they can't do crap to you while they're down there. all skills get unqueued, etc.
so not only are you doing pretty big damage, but also preventing damage.
i'd say use the chain for grinding, and the knockdown for bigger targets. the reason it sucks for grind is that if you -do- knock them down, and they have a tiny bit of hp left, you only have two options, 1) use the stab skill, wasting that mp, or 2) wait for them to get up to smack them regularly. if you're fighting somehting big, that doesn't really matter.
it'd be a good idea to get both, imo

For me to think....knockdown is good for pvp but how about the killing mobs? It take me some times to kill the mobs is use that skill. Does strike skill is useful or not? Or just ignore it...just upgrade illusion chain. How about cut blade. That use for hit enemy in long range?
Please hope someone can explain to me.
