I'm currently level 28 right now.. I have +5000 sp, my fire skill is at level 22. So my question is.. is it worth getting the Thunderbolt Force series ALSO at 30 or even at a later level or just stick with Flame Wave?
Pros and cons would help, thanks in advance.
Question about nukes..
Pros to both: Just about double the damage you can do while ranged.
Fire does more dmg, but lite has about double the range. They complement each other nicely.
You don't have to worry about the cooldown from the nuke before you can cast number two.
Cons to both: Just about double the SP you need to do it.

no offense but your information is somewhat.. inaccurate.
Light does more damage. Fire just has a smaller range of damage, so it is more likely to be consistent, however light nuke hitting at its peak will do more damage.
And fire nuke has more range (in terms of distance) than the light nuke.

to clarify:
Light nuke has higher max and lower min dmg.
Fire nuke has a narrower range of dmg, but does higher dmg than light more often as a result.
Light nuke has shorter range and longer cooldown time.
(based on fire nuke lvl5 book1 and lvl1 book 2, and light nuke lvl6)
