Is Lagg Mostly Created by Updates??

I absolutely h8 lagg and especially lagg deaths which r the worst thing eva.

Is it the updates that cause the lagg?
bcos tht's when i have most of my lagg.
If the updates do cause the lagg - why?

Can some1 plz tell me?

If you have decent internet connection, it should only lag during peak hours.

Yup, it runs great for me until peak hours in town. Mostly only when I go to DW... hmm.
