lvl 64 quest pls hlp

There is a quest at lvl 64(to hunt 5x 1500 power/strong earth ghost or smthng)

But i cannot get that quest cause i probably need to do 5x 100 bandit archers jewels quest first???!!!!

is there any way how to override this? or?

I dont want to do that low lvl quest (espacially this one is sooo long)

What if i abandon the archer quest?Is lvl 64 quest going to be lost for good?

There is no pre-req as far as I remember.

The power earth ghost quest is at 63 and there shouldnt be a prerequisite. I also never finished the archer jewel quest and am on the 4th time doing that earth ghost quest. If im not mistaken though, i think you have to grab that quest from the hunter guild in DW at 'nighttime' because when i cashed in one of the quests and went to get it again, i couldnt. I just stood there for a few minutes and clicked on him again, and i got it.
