having some issues with silk, i need some help.

i bought silk yesterday but my account still hasnt recevied the silk. i log on my credit card account and i see that my credit card has been charged already, still theres no silk on my account. what do i have to do?

the issue isnt if im doing the right steps to buy silk, because ive done it before, the issue is that my credit card has been charged buy my account under "silk charge" has no history of me being charged and theres no addition of silk on my ingame account. here is some proof of what im talking about.

as you can see, my credit card history shows that i have bought silk from silkroadonline and has been charged as of yesterday. and look at the 2nd screenshot.

over here you can see that it only shows my 1st purchase and no history of my 2nd purchase that i did yesterday.

sometimes they have a little delay between charging silk and your purchase...wait a few days and/or send a bug report ...

if i cancel the purchase why would i get my account blocked? its not like i received the silk on my account and then canceled my purchase, i never received my silk. so if i call my credit card company and tell them to cancel the order then my account shouldnt be affected since the silk was never added to it. its only fair. what am i suppose to do, give $30 and receive nothing for it?

thats true too...but to be on the safe side contact them first...if they block you it will be difficult to un-block afterwards...

where do i contact them? via bug report thing? thats not very reliable, how would i know they got my report or if they are looking into it. i dont get any evidence that they are looking into the case.
