Well most attacks of bow are STR based. Especially since at lvl 31 you get the strong pirit bow series, which takes forever to shoot. In a pvp, thatll give yur opponent at least 2-4 good hits on your before that thing releases.

Or if you want to nuke, be pure int.

Nuke is a lvl 30 skill, for all three masteries. Most nukers get lightning and fire for that. I suggest you stay pure STR and dont get into nuking. But, nukers are very strong.
