Holy crap guys, I know this sounds wierd, but I actually DID find an experience cape on Olympus.. not a scam item either, it dropped off a mangyang 0.0. If anyone wants to buy, I'm selling it for 350 mil.

I was wearing it to PVP earlier.. so yes, people can kill me with it on. And to compare the exp I was getting I saw my kills with it (without a party) was the same without it (with a party) and a little more exp with it (with a party).
