HOW COME I CANT GET ANY QUEST FROM ANYONE!!!!!

this problem started from yesterday after i finished my lvl30 quest "expand 2 slot inventory" i cant seem to talk to herbalist bori to get the 200scorpion quest. plz plz plz help me out here

The scorpion quest is at lvl 32.

so u gotta be lvl 32 to do that lvl 32 quest ?
cuz im lvl 31 right now

Umm..yes...usually when something says "lvl 32 quest" you will have to be lvl 32..

Is that to hard to understand?
