I just made a euro char(warlock) on UoD and i need some more help

1. any guild wanna recruit me, im lv. 2 and bored already
2. is little staff with shield the warlock wep?
3. what is my skill tree? is it the one inbetween the dagger/sword, and harp/holy

if any guild will recruit me, my ingame is I_Use_Dialup
