IF YOU CAN READ....

then you will notice the large ALL CAPS notice on the bottom that says..."ALSO IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LAPTOP AND ARE STILL GETTING THE ERROR, YOU CAN ALSO USE THE OMEGA DRIVERS. "
