Lag and random DC, whos falut is it?

For the last two days I'm having a lot of lag, and random DC's. Not only me, everyone from Croatia. Everyone from Croatia goes international thru one ISP which has a monopoly on international links. Anyway I don't know to whom should I complain. I already did both to ISP and JoyMax. No respons yet. This is how my tracerout looks. I'm not really sure but I think it's my ISP.




My GT and monkey are getting wasted because I cant play, and when I can I get DC'ed, and I'm dead in town.


1. Is timed out, so I'm guessing it's ISP. But 12th has 4k ms, which is in Korea. Whos falut is it, to whom should I bitch?

Well......Its probably a case of more than one bad/slow connection coupled together. The time outs are normal. Some network links will not respond to ICMP at all so that doesn't surprise me.

Sorry your having such a rough go at it. If you really think its your ISP do a few more trace routes to many different websites. And do them multiple times a day, for a few days. Log them all.

Send all your info into your ISP's tech support deptment and maybe.....maybe they'll look into this issue.
