30sec pot delay is only for euro characters.
chinese dont have that delay.
if u hate ksro and think it sux then when isro 2.0 u might as well quit it

hmmm, so euro chars will get pwned by chinese in pvp then if chinese dont have the delay and euro do... thats not fair... or am i missing something?
