Couldn't form the party - weird status message

Has anyone ever gotten this before?

I was in a thief suit and party leader of an EXP DIST w/ 3 total people in there. I tried forming the party, but I kept on getting that message. Party just dissolved since I couldn't form. I'm going to submit a bug report, but wanted to see if this is new or is it known to happen under certain circumstances?

Yes i got that before too, while we were hunting.. (I couldn't reform the existing party and I tried all combinations for creating a new party but nothing was possible - always "wrong calculation")
I asked in our union and was told some more ppl had it before.

After I used a teleporter I could form the party again.

only seems to happen while in job kit or just after you take off job kits iv sent a report to jm i recoment everyone else does aswel
