I made my first +4 WEAPON!!!

ok this is what happen, i have this +3 spear and i decide to make it +4, i use the ONLY wep elixir i have and i put all in place... close my eyes (realy) and hit FUSE... i run away from the computer without looking and after a while, when i calm down... this is what i saw

yes coz this is the first time i try to use wep elixir on +3 and works fine, the other times it was allways fail

Oh, I need it nice and tidy. Maybe because my brain looks like something like that on the inside. I'm way too absent-minded so I need to complement it with something organized.
