Quest Help

Hey guys sorry to be a bother again but i seam to be having problems with these quests:

Level 13 - Tiger Grinding Tooth:
NPC: JODAESAN(specilities shop)
Step 1: Hunter Tiger, they drop "Molar Teeth" collect 10 of those and return to JODAESAN for reward.
Reward: 15300 exp, 5000 sp and 4000 gold

Level 13 - Tiger Hunting Competition(you can do this quest 3 times)
NPC: General SONHEYON
First time: Kill 1 Tiger champion, 20 Tigers and 20 Young Tigers.
Once you complete go back and get reward
Second time: Kill 3 Tigers champion, 30 Tigers and 30 Young Tigers
Once you complete go back and get reward
Third time: Kill 5 Tigers champion, 40 Tigers and 40 Young Tigers
Reward: Total 33000 exp, 9550 exp, 3600 gold, 1 Tiger Volient Scroll and Hp recovery potions.

They are registed in my quest book and i am actually doing them but for example with the hunting compotition i kill any of the listed monsters but it doesnt seem to register as a quest kill, Just a normal kill, I have tried restarting ect but it doesnt seam to work...

you probably have the tigers grinding tooth quest also going, can't be multi-questing on those two.

snap, if i abandone one can i take it again later? or bad luck?

yeah your free to abandon at will pretty much, or you can just do the tooth quest first.
