A weird incident

A friend of mine lost his monkey before the 12+ hour inspection today (his monkey isnt in his inventory or storage en he didnt sold it to a NPC, and you can stall/trade/drop it so WTF)...and now cuz of the rollback my friend lost his whole new garment set, 2 damn nice glaives and his Goldticket

...

wtf, is wrong with this game (I know, gold dupe but why and how did he loose his GT and monkey :| )

dunno but i thought they were pretty good about restoring item mall stuff from this rollback. i just checked my accnt cuz i bought silk to extend my monkey yesterday and they alrdy credited my accnt with the silk. surprisingly fast about that ^^
