Runaway Horses...

Like 3-4 times i have seen red horses, shadow horses just run past me without anyone on them... Anyone else seen this? Or maby its just normal and im a noob

I saw one with a wolf following it, seems like a glitch to me, because mobs didn't agro to it like usual
