on the bottom of the weapon the blue it says" lucky 3 times'' what does that mean exactly. Does it mean i will have a better chance a finding sos or is it because of alchemy, having a better chance at succesfully upgrading item?

some people say its helped them find better items but what it really is increasing ur chance of having a successful elixir upgrade
