Addons for PS?

Well I've been toying with ps checking out all the filters and tools etc, and when I look at tutorials they have stuff such as radial blur and just a regular ripple which I have just ocian ripple. Are there extra addons or somthing? If so, got some links?

Check the Blur filter menu for Radial Blur, I can guarantee that exists in Photoshop CS2.

If you have an earlier version (Photoshop 6, 7, or CS) then you may not have some of these newer filters.
