Help Please...

Ok I been playing SRO for months fine..

Now when ever I try launch it... it says

GameGuard Error:114
GameGuard Initialization Error. Try again after reboot, or after closing programs that could collide with GameGaurd.

This happened before but I restart computer and it works... and there was nothing colliding with it.

Now I restart and it doesnt do a thing, same thing comes up.

Please tell me how to fix this ^_^ I still need to farm 3k SP to max out all of Fire, Ice, Light and Heuksal... Please help me fix someone...
