I'm wondering if the hitting ratio is implemented yet.
I mean, people say that according to the site, hitting ratio determines the damage you deal. If your hitting ratio is 'low', the damage is closer to the lower border, while if your hitting ratio is 'high', its closer to the higher border.
Ive tried summoning white hawks and using hit scrolls, but the damage i did on manyangs still wasnt really higher. Bah, when i added the 5 shots i fired at the manyangs, the damage was even lower by 5 points than the damage i did without the hitting ratio buffs.
So does it work? I mean it could be like the parry ratio, its in the game, everything seems to be fine, but it doesnt affect anything.
Also how do you determine if your hitting ratio is 'high' or 'low'
White hawk, hitting ratio, etc.

Hit ratio is simply the counter to parry ratio.
When you're attacking low level mobs, you won't be able to detect the difference when using a buff because your base hit ratio / attack rating is already way too high for that target's parry ratio. All of your attacks should do max damage, with some small randomization.
