How do i use a skill?

Ok, heres my question. I'm level three and i got my SP's in Lightning but how do i use the ability?

At lvl 3 you souldn't have enough Sp to get a skill yet. But, when you do, just click the skill in the skills screen and drag it to the quick slot bar. Once the skill is placed in the quick select bar all you have do to use it is to hit the number key that corresponds to theskill you want to use.

Thanks, i thought the "skill" in the top of each power was a skill ... :banghead:

The first skills are at lvl 5.
When you reach lvl 5 raise your mastery to 5 then raise your skill.
