murder status and dropping items, thx for help =)

Alrite guys I got 3 questions:

First I was wondering if the only way to drop something your wearing, is to be in murder status? I know already you can drop items in your inventory from dieing, and yes this does happen!

Second I was wondering if I'm under lvl 20 and attack a murderer, can they attack back?

Third, for nukers switching between shield/sword and glaive for PVE or PVP, can't you drop the item your not wearing if you die so isn't it better to just stick to one?

1. As far as I know, and have heard anyone ever say: the only way to drop stuff you are wearing is if you are a murderer and you die.

2. Frankly? It is completely up to the person. If they feel like compounding thier murder status, yeah, they can attack you. You can attack anyone in murder status. No, you will not get pk or murder status when you attack a murderer, but that doesn't mean they won't hit you for the hell of it.

3. It happens so extremely rarely. I mean I'v had it happen to me only ONCE, ever. And besides, the item that drops will be completely random. The more you have in your inventory, the less chance it'll be the weapon. I certainly don't know people who run around without at least pots, horses, return scrolls, pills, etc...

PO has it right except for the second answer.

Level 19 and below can attack murderers, but the murderer can't attack back because of pk exemption.
