I remember Ryoko mentioned about '0' skill at Weapon Mastery n this make me wanna try it. But I dunno how last I can survive in PvE coz never know what kind monster upon my level (such as magic immunity, they r?). I just wanna nuke nuke nuke all the way (Thats what magician do rite ). Yup, its kinda boring tho but heck thats not the point.

rough build:-
Weapon: cheap sword & Sox +++ Shield
Gear: Finest Garment & Armor(Cave)
Fire, Lite & Ice or Fire, Lite & force
most probably will take rare skill such as Firewall & Vital Spot (for some purpose)

Opinion, Suggestion, Critic? Flame also welcome

itz cool to see diff type of builds instead of the normal, it MAY be rewarding, altho hard to achieve. Go for it i say.

This is my opinion...

Pretty good idea, even you made a mistake in my line of sight. And the mistake is that you will use a sword and shield and be a pure nuke nuker. First your dmg done by a nuke depends on the power of the weapon. So if you want to make a high high dmg nuker, get a spear and you will do much better dmg. Also even if this doesn't belong to this section, here are some advices in your build: (including the max lvl to be 90)

- Go fire and lightning max.
- Get ice buffs, and the ice nuke and frezzing move.
- And get also the last mastery, (yes all four ) some reviving and harmony therapy can be very usefull.
- Skills like firewall and crystal wall are very usefull, because you can nuke when they are active and they will absord a lot of dmg.

I hope this little advice helped you. If you use a spear it shouldn't be so hard to lvl till 30. Without spear moves, but a spear should do enough dmg. And also you need to do extreme farming, a lot of sp is needed for this build.

Yup, surely get owned in PvP. Maybe the firewall can hold 2-3 attk only.

So I'm 'not' the only person doing this? Astonishing! It was hard at first, but now that I'm Lv 34 everything's peachy keen. ^^

When I actually to a high level I'll let you folks know how it works out, and for the record I use all 4 Forces... and Ice wall! *gasp!*

He means the spear dmg, not the moves.

Yes i think that could be true, but also maybe it just raises the phisical dmg, not magical, i'm not sure about that.

or is wat ur saying is that you only get 60% more damage if ur using a spear/glavie move like soul spear ghost spear etc????

How many % damage we get from weapon if we nuking . So try using sword & shield but the nuke damage reduce from 1700 to 1200. But when I using shield ony, the damage only couple hundreds? curious............

ok im pure nuker and i got low hp with lvl5 heuskall passive...you with that build go die a lot and you cant take any giant from your lvl.

try fire+light 90 and heuskall 60 , rest of masterys put on ice or bicheon for kd+stan is your better choice for that build

you get all your magic damage from your weapon , than the nuke skill you use adds some magic damage of its own to that damage
than imbue ads its own mag damage to that total damage \

I'm deciding on whether I should stick to using Spears, or use a Sword + Shield. Pretty much a debate over higher damage vs lower damage + def. There are no passives or weapon skills to give bias towards, so just tell me what you guys think, and why.

I actually made a seperate topic about that question and people were just as indecisive as they are now. Personally, I'm going with the belief that Weapon Masteries affect their skills, and Force Masteries affect the skills within their respective steps until there's conclusive evidence of anything else.

And uh.. *points up* still looking for opinions, although I did buy a spear a while ago, hehe.

I m at lvl 35 pure nuker. I used Bow 2 lvl up till i get all 3 nuke! now trying 2 lower all my bow lvl. if u going 2 be a nuker 2 me u needs a shield that got good blocking. It save my ass a few time.. i bought a som lvl 16 with blocking ratio 17 and made it up 2 +4. a spear wont save ur ass but only give u more mag attack if u wanna that u can just look 4 a good sword and make it up 2 +9 if u got the money. nuke is own mag attack + weapon attack. a sear wont save u but a shield would take away a few hits from ur enemy. Oh yeah also try 2 get the froce power that will give u a few 100 more mp and also get the self heal force. it can save ur ass 2. my character is lvl 35
Ice lvl 30 Fire lvl 30 lightning lvl 30 force lvl 30 pacheon lvl 27 now lower it 2 22 tryinng 2 lower it 2 zero.
max all skill series that is at lvl 30. my goal is
ice 90 fire 90 lightning lvl 90 force 30
2 days ago i take down my friend thats lvl 34 pure str with spear and i was at 34 with 3 nuke.

2.High magic damage weapon = more damage nuke?

If skill Weapon level do increase nuke damage, will the nuke dmg still the same if i not take any skill book or just take 1 only?

damastergen326, I think u got me wrong. the nuke i mean are the sec last skill both Fire & lite not the weapon+imbue. Like I said before, when change to sword+shiled, the nuke damage decreasing.

I think, either the Skill Weapon level or magic damage weapon do effect the nuke damage. plz clarify this. getting puzzled!
