I haven't been following updates on silkroad

can someone explain how can he be on almost endless zerk the whole video?

Here's the explanation:
The first bezerk you see at the beginning of the video was probably just a "normal" one. After it ended, he used a potion you can purchase for in-game gold once you're 90+, which will instantly regenerate your bezerk but can only be used once every 20 minutes or so.

From thereon he started using another type of bezerk regeneration potion that he has gotten from one of the various seasonal events.

From time to time, yes. Right now, I'm playing on the private server called Theta. Great fun.

I also played some on Silkroad-r. But yeah... a bit on and off in periods.
