A new all-time low HD conversation

Im experiencing a problem in WoW. Every 10 or 15 minutes I disconnect. When I relog I get disconnected as soon as I move. Everything else is fine but movement is dc.

So I called Blizzard today. I explained them my problem and the phone operator replied with:

Blizz Employee: Can you please try to do the following ....... (doesnt matter what his solution was)

Me: I have done that twice already.

Blizz Employees: And did that solve your problem?
