This is what I did:

Hat:
Parry rate 5%
Damage absorption 5%

Suit:
Attack rate 5%
Damage 5% increase
Ignore monster defense 1%
Ignore monster defense 1%

No accessory with my avatar :(

It lets you hit mobs with as much damage as you would hit a mangyang or any almost no defence mob.

It can make you 1 shot giants and very helpful with uniques, btw it doesn't work on players .

Oh and as said before, 5% damage increase and 3% ignore monster defence is better than 4% ignore monster defence.
So in the first week in college i went with jeans and the pajama's shirt. Didn't notice what i was wearing till after i returned home.

Ignore monster defense is basically as The Invisible stated. Just imagine the amount of damage you'd do to a mangyang and that is applied to the monster you are hitting. It is in essence like an absolute damage attack. So typically I hit a Power Earth Ghost with about 35k in zerk. While also in zerk, I did about 56K when I luckily ignored its defense. So the difference is actually quite large, but again it's only a 1% chance each time you add it to your avatar.
