So like, i was driving to pick up my sister from the airport right? So im driving down the road and a sprinkler puts water on my windshield so i get distracted messing with the windshield wipers. so it's like pitch black down this road. And then i don't even see the yellow light, im going like 40 with 30 feet to stop or some shit, so i decide to just go through it. the gy i hit, who also happens to live right above us, decides to do the same. so we hit each other.

No injuries aside from a few bruises. also totaled the car.

IM so confused.
The picture, there are so many street lights along the road, how do you get that distracted with tappin your wiper lever down. and how do you two crash speeding through a yellow in the same direction...

It wa still yellow. The othr guy had a suspended license, no insurance and expired inspection. so no ticket for me.

It wa still yellow. The othr guy had a suspended license, no insurance and expired inspection. so no ticket for me.

I got into an accident two months ago, I wish that was the situation for the guy that hit me. I got charged with "Failure to afford proper action to prevent possible collision" or some bullshit like that

Public transportation sucks in my city, bikes are an option but i live too far away from the city for it to be an option.
