how do i get that wierd tiger hat i see people wearing?
is there a lvl requirement? wer do i buy it(or from who) and how much does it cost form store/RL person??

Look in the Item Mall. You need silk to buy it ($1=10 silks) but I forgot how much silk it cost.

It is an item from the item mall, I do not think there is a level requirement. It costs 29 silk, which is just about $3.
