Aion download reset problems...please help!

Hey guys, so I decided to download Aion and give it a try.

Got the official NCSoft launcher from their site, and started downloading.

Download went fine, reached 5GB out of 9.5GB, I restarted my PC for some issues, but then when I started the launcher again the download started from 0% !! Why is that?!

I m sure when I once closed it before, it continued from the same % it stopped.

Can someone please help me how to avoid this issue? I can't afford reseting the download while my max speed is 100 KB/Sec

Isn't it supposed to continue downloading from the % it stopped whenever I have to stop it?

oh man i feel your pain and that happened to me too, im sure there was a way to fix it but I didnt know, so I ended up copying over the remaining files from my friends pc who was able to download all of it.
