You will also need Source SDK Base 2006, you can download that in Tools

The once u install the mods, it'll be in your program files [(x86)]>Valve>steamapps>sourcemod

place it in Steam>steamapps>sourcemod

it works still and it's really fun! but no one is on anymore

it's not the best, but I have always found it fun :/
