Yeah, mine got disabled. ( for no apparnt reason ) Someone must of have been trying to hijack it, causing it to disable. Sent a Ticket to Steam Support yesterday and now i'll have to wait.
Anyone else heard of this before? Below is someone who had a similar probelm.

My account got randomly disabled once, after submitting a ticket and waiting a couple days someone from Steam Support contacted me:
It appears as though the account may have been hijacked by another user. Please follow the link below and take the prescribed steps to ensure the security of the account in the future:
I have reset the account password and sent the new login information in a separate e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail and you are running a Spam filter, check and make sure the e-mail is not being filtered as spam.
Note: Passwords are all numbers.
The new Secret Question will be set to "What did customer service reset your password to?"
The answer to the Secret Question is the new password that we have sent to you as mentioned above.
Once you login to the Steam Account, please change your password, secret question and validate your email address as outlined here:
Same thing happened to me, took me some time to figure out the ticket system but after that I sent a ticket explaining what happenned aswell with a picture of some cd keys from my account with my name written on them with permanent ink and a couple days later I had my account back.
Ah yeah, i saw that on a steam page. So I can write my name on a peice of paper next to a CD key ( and post it on the ticket ? ) I only have like L4D CD copies, so I hope that will do.
dealing with a suspended ncsoft account atm as well, fairly annoying.

I only had a CS:S CD key and I sent two (mine and my brother's) because I wasn't sure which one was mine. I wrote directly above the CD key and in permanent ink, but I don't know if it had to be so specific.

Agreed, steam costumer support is good, there was some troubles when I bought Aion, I couldn't install it for some weird reason since it said the payment wasn't done, I wrote a ticket, 1 hour after I had a response where it said they finished it manually and boom I could DL the game.
I'm guessing it depends on the time you submit your ticket, and how busy they are.
I sent out a ticket at 1AM.. Got a reply 12 hours later. Sent another one, and now I am awaiting. My thing is complicated as of now. I dont really want to explain it, but it isnt as smooth as you guys'
