Full Int Sword is viable?

Hi there guys, I used played a lot of time after that I leave the game. By now I comeback so in first place my old char has a 100 years ban :S so I created a new account and here is wher my nightmare starts.

In the past I was FULL INT Sword and Shield "F I S/S" I used Fire as my primary nuke, and light as secound, Codl... no way just for Guard Ice an a few others. Yesterday I was reading the forum and I found that according to the new CAP and Skills the most viable build is Full INT Light and Cold.

I really love the burst damage, And I love to trade with my friends as a hunter knowing this wich is the best build for me. by the may my char have 31 bicheon, 30 Cold, Fire and Fire.

ok well, you need cold for snow shield, so cold and bich will be max? im guessing.....and now you can pick between light, and fire, people say light is better for pve and fire for pvp, however Goseki has proved that light hits somewhat higher then fire, but fire has the fire wall, which can be helpful at times....so either
110Bich/110cold/110light
110Bich/110cold/110 fire, or a mix of light + cold, and fire maxed to save sp
