Supposedly it's like guitar hero and rockband, only played with a real guitar. I've heard rumors that the game part is really only using like 1-2 strings so it's as hard as guitar hero, only when you're bored you can plug the guitar controller into an amp and realize how u don't know how to play a real guitar...
