Garment or Protector?

I'm a Str bower with Pach/Fire/Lightning/Cold

I will be hunting lvl 100+ mobs and which will save me more from these hard monster with tons of hp. Most of them use physical attack or magical attack?

Physical and magical , u will be fine in garment .

the only builds that should go with prot in my opinion are hybrid builds, the rest should go with garment
