Extremely Quick Question - Yes/No/Dont Know

Im just wondering, because this is what had happened.
I started the game as w/e...I figured I messed up and made another char. That char got stuck, and it cant move AT ALL! ITS COMPLETELY STUCK ON A TEEPEE! So I made another char, at level 8 I got familiar with Farming, now i understand 90% of it. So I got to level 14, with 8 mastery (6 gap) and ... I let my friend go on my account. I had 400 SP points saved, I come back, i Have 4 points left -____- My highest mastery is my level, 14. So can I start farming. leaving my mastery 14, and just leveling? or would it make no sence, and shud I make another char, and actully use a BOW, because I'm hearing it is quite usefull O_o.



*PS* If you say BOW, someone give me a link, or explain to me why people use SOS/SOM/SOSun Bows to farm, and not train? O_o or just clear that concept up for me, please and thanks ^^ **

Also, if i wanna start a new char, i gotta wait 3 more days....so if i shud start over (hopefully not) i wud just play DoD or CS or sumthing (but thats besides the point)

Think of it like this - would you rather stand in a spot and kill everything that moves or would you run to whatever is moving and kill it? The answer to that question will be the answer to what weapon you want to use.

As for farming, you can do it whenever really, people just choose to do it on the intervals SOX weapons are avaliable to make life a lot easier. For example, if you can make it to level 8/16/24/32 with a farming gap, you can get a SOX weapon which will give you a big benefit over a regualr + items.

You should leaving mastery at 14 for now, but get a better weapon at 16 for sure, and then at 18 and 21 for best results.

People use soX bows for the reason that the high dmg they can dish out.....Its stated somewhere in the forums that sos= +5 normal wpns, som=+10 normal wpns and soSun=+15 normal wpns......A character with a SOS+3 high crit lvl 16 bow can usually kill a bandit archer in one hit.......especially with the first bow skill.........But for me I wouldnt care....As long as I can get a good bow with a high enough crit I would be happy if it isnt a SoX......And you could ask someone to help you by going to where your character is and giving or trading a return scroll......Have you done that yet? And I would suggest to start over.......Since the character is a low lvl you can get back to it if you keep on at it for 2 days.....Got to that lvl with 9 gap without using the helpers or a scroll at all........Wonderful isnt it if you're crazy like me sometimes?

Well you are only lvl 14, you can reroll. If you have access to a credit card, get silk and delvl your masteries.

People use sos bows because they go at the bandit den, stay in one spot and kill archers in 2-3 shots. They kill seriously like 20-30 archers in a minute.

Yeah any level is fine, I would keep a -3 all the way to 60 then delevel to -9 there and farm penons cuz there's hundreds of those.

Farming bandit archers at 16 is okay and the sp is good but you'll be a noob for months while everyone else is enjoying the game, a -3 is plenty to get you to 60 without being too starved of sp.

I had -3 to 40 then I've had a 0 gap ever since, I only started to not have enough around 63 but I'm doing pretty good still.

You don't need everything maxed to kick ass.

Thanks everyone! I guess ill continue/start to SP farm! and anyways, these SOx weapons are hard as hell to find -__- and they cost too much....any1 hav a site where it tells u wat drops from wat monster =P

it can be fine but quicker kills is better farming , so the sooner the better.
but fastest farming on the planet is pure int in a full nachal room with a sos sword/spear. Motherfuking hell , I wanna be int for one day for that. jesus ..... christ. You get berserk every 5 min. It's sick , it's pwnage. it's total rampage rape. even with -5 it's faster than anything in the world. I suggest -5 for imbue so you pwn them nubcakes even faster, But I guess this doesn't involve you hehe....

But as an answer I'd say YES , farming in 2x - 5x is a pain in the ass. IMO.

i cant even one hit with +4 SOM bow ( pure STR )
how are u able to one hit with just a +3 SOS
i went to made it +5 SOM before being able to one hit archers with imbue
