Re: Heuskal
The chains are sooo sexy imo. lol and they are pretty good for pvp imo, but i have a spear nuker, not glaive lol.

Re: Heuskal
don't bother with the chain take em if you just wanna look cool doing little or no dmg
First book is sorta useless you could get it for first few levels than dlvl it
Third book i find important windless spear/spirit crash spear can be pretty much cycled, it also inflicts dull which will help imo this is one the more important books it has been VERY useful for me in pvp and pve

Re: Heuskal
1st book: nope
3rd book: yup
chains: optional
windless spear is the best of the whole line, quick and almost no cooldown.
its successor deathbringer spear deals less damage and its a lame copy of ghost spear, thats the bad thing after reaching 11d, either up to date dull with less damage for the attack or about the same damage with lower degree dull, just quicker.
the chain thing is optional,
my friends 1:1 glaiver used the chain spear shura(5hit) and dragon(6hit) for comical relief
vs wizards doubting that it could beat them.
fun moves to use for a few quick successive moves and are actually nice for int based builds.
they'd be sort of necessary if they had at an effect on them like the blade chains.

Re: Heuskal
I don't find myself using it often, I prefer throwing in another stun skill but I'm int so I got my nukes. I would sure take the third one and even you got the sp the first one too, it might look like shit but the 3hits (4th book? or 5th) are really painfull when they crit.

Missing TSRO...
Re: Heuskal
the difference between the first and the third book is following:
1st book: less damage but skill is faster
3rd book: more damage but needs more time
1st book: less damage but skill is faster
3rd book: more damage but needs more time
To say since, the being is not or the non-being is, is wrong to say against it, the being is and the non-being is not, is right.

Re: Heuskal
Whoever thinks that 1st skill tree is useless without seeing last book skills in action is a noob!
