Resetting Stats with (+0%) (Pros please advice)

Hey ppl,
I wanna know if it's possible to reset any stat with a (+0%) beside it

because i have heard some of my friends saying that it's impossible to get

that stat with (+0%) any higher. Can anybody who has tried it enlighten me

please? I don wanna start throwing stones into my shield with block rate 14

(+0%) if it's not gonna work.

yup

I had +0% attack rating on my spear. Turned into +40% or something

While the rate of success is no higher the good thing is that since you are starting out at 0% there won't be assimilation.

Are you certian of this?
seems to me its based on nothing but your own ideas..

why won't there be assimilations? they occur on success, if you succed, be it 0% ,13% or 50% you should get a chance of having assimilation occur.

please, enlighten me

after assimilation took my glaive 60%--->0% i tried using courage stones.

After 8 courage stones it went 0%--23% , im happy :)

Assimilation CAN happen when you try to modify a value that is already modified. Since it is 0% then it is not yet modified.
