A question about protector and armor

I know that garment gives 20% speed and that the skills cost 20% less, that prot is 10% and 10% and armor has no bonus, but what if I have a mix of armor and protector on me? is there still the bonus from prot? or since I have armor is there no more bonus? I honestly have no idea, so if anyone knows, plz tell me

skill cost 20 % less not iven god gives u . in 4/4 party u ghet 10 % more sp .
Garment / Robe - 20 % movement speed and -20 % mana reduce
Protector / Light - 10 % movement speed and - 10 % mana reduce

Armor no bonus and if u mix armor with protector still no bonus , so go full protector .

Stick to a full prot set idd, unless you can 1 (or several) sun armor parts. They have about the same mag def as a normal prot part but alot more phy so that's worth more than the 10% speed and mp reduction.
