[Xian] Price check on SoSun Armor, Please

Edit: Screenshot with newer patch updates. Any Ideas on what I could sell it for in the ballpark range?

Would I get much more if I added some STR on this or upped the Pdef via alchemy? Keep in mind this is xian.

I've been offered low and high values, but only a handful of people, and they didn't look to be too skilled or seasoned to have any quality offers. I looked it up and this armor is equivalent to about a level 45 or so armor, so it's definitely good to twink into.

Any input?
