Ok so some simple questions, My sister just made her aademy and I haven't ever made an academy so i don't know much about it. So she has 3 Honor Points already, and she gets more when Someone graduates, right? How can you get those Honor buffs and honor weps and such?

What about when someone sends cumulated buff does she get accumulated buff?

The honor buffs are rewarded to the top 50 players. top 50 gets bronze, top 25 gets bronze/silver, top 10 gets bronze/silver/gold and the top 5 gets bronze/silver/gold and king buffs IIRC. To get in the top 50 you will need more graduates and/or honor points than the #50 in the rankings ofcourse, which you can check out at storage.

To obtain the weapon all you need is enough honor points and gold and you can buy them from the storage guy in every town. To repair them you will need more honor points to buy repair stones and use them, but that has a limit so don't use them everytime you loose like 5 dura.

The rank system is ruled by the people who have their own characters powerleveling the whole acadamy for them while they do their own stuff. If you see chars named like __1 __2 __3, most likely someone just created them and gets them to 40 in a day with a high lvl wizard/bard. So there is really no chance a 64 lvl warrior will benefit in any way from having an academy... to reach the buff-ranks she will have to forget everything else and just train people to 40 everyday.

And actually I could ask one more question, what is the bonus exp/sp % when someone send you accumulated buff, since it would help cauculating the Sp my sister gains.

I'm not entirely sure on that, but from what I remember you only get exp increase while using that buff. Which means you actually get less sp each lvl. I think it was 10% exp increase.
