Garms or Protecter?

Guys I'm a lvl.100 bower, should i get a garment set or protecter set? pros and cons would be good. And what builds are good to pvp and what might own you. Female charc btw. what are average prices per pieces + and blues? any info would be cool.

Garment's Pros: More Speed, Less Mp consumption , more mag defense

Protector Pros: More Phys/Mag defense...its good against both mag and phys attacks..and it has like speed and mp consumption bonus...but a little less than garment I think.

Garments' Cons: You wont have alot of phys defense or as much as you would get from say prot ...and Warrior's and Rogues are really gonna beat you down to a pulp..im not saying Str in garment suck...im just simply saying their attacks are all phys based and your garm set isnt gonna hold up.

Protector' Cons: Your gonna take more mag dmg from your opponent cause you lack the extra mag defense you get from Garment...but you get a even middle mix of both phys and mag defense from them...also less speed and less mp consumption.

I have protector for my lvl 99 glavier and I love it...I do fine against mag based chars (Firewall, Bloody Ghost Storm, and snow)
and I do really good against str chars aswell. In the end it all comes down to your personal preference really...Do you want a balanced out defense or do you want more mag defense. Also with bowers Prot is really good against mag builds cause you can KB, Firewall , Strong bow , Anti-Devil bow, KB , Firewall etc.... and you wont need that extra mag defense from garment

Thats true, but how do you think i would play against spear nukers? s/s nukers are easy their attacks are slowers and do less damage so i can recover with kb and fire wall, but spear nukers hit really hard. Like one stun i might be dead?

Nah I did fine when I was bower with prot against spear nukers....just know when to use the right skills at the right times...Im prot glavier and I still do good against spear nukers and I dont have KB 100% with ghost spear

You must be fighting some awful s/s if they are just nuking you, at least that's what I'm getting from what you said.

But, I would go garms since you are pure str.

lol yeah...he musta been grinding really hard like 24/7 and sweating in front of his pc all day n night to not pay attention to pvping and stall networks when repotting in town

anyways, for bow go protector - you got jackass defense against physical...
2 x kb's should be enough defense against nukers anyways.

You must be fighting some awful s/s if they are just nuking you, at least that's what I'm getting from what you said.

But, I would go garms since you are pure str.

Wake up buddy its 10d, double knock back = almost never die unless the nuker gonna 2 hit you.

You must never pvp. s/s use bicheon skills to get bleed and diversion on you, then nuke, kd to regain hp. Full force nukers are fail.

For status i use special pills, and usually they cant get more than 1-2 hits on me spam fire wall and kb.

I always used Prot for my bow. Bow attacks are damn strong - and you can usually take out anyone who could do any big damage to you from a good range. Never really had any problems - except from nukers much higher level (5-10+, or next weapon degree) than me.

@ max level, facing higher than you people ... doesn't happen.

( is that the max now? o.O - cuz I bailed right after the cap was moved up from 70. )

Garmant if you use ice shield, if not go prot

I'm buy protector set if it don't work out sell it and buy garms.
