Joymax Secuirty leakage? Please help.

Hello everyone.
I know I haven't been on the forums in a while but thats because I ve been out of internet for 3 months due to my ISP but now I m back and I m sure I ve missed a lot. I used to post here a little and I m sure that someone will recognize my Nick
Now I should be going on-topic.
After my internet crisis, I decided to install silkroad and update it to check up my 2 characters which I have on Server Ares and see how's the new update going.

My characters were MajinCooler Lvl 72 and _Max_Damage_ lvl 45 Fully farmed to lvl 100 with 945k SP. However, I couldn't get into the game due to the traffic ofcourse and being busy. So I decided to check rev6.com and see my characters, and the surprise begins. I search for both of them and find my first char MajinCooler level 81 and the other character Lvl 67, someone's using them. I got shocked, so I tried to change the password of my 2nd char but the info keeps on going wrong although Im 100% sure of what I m typing. I go to my 1st account to change its password and I couldnt change it, although I m the maker of the account and I have all its information written on a paper from the day I made it. Is there any explaination for this? Why can't I get both of my accounts back? And why this has happened only during the time I couldnt get on my internet? I ll be grateful to hear your opinions on the situation and what I can do. Thank you.
NB: I ve never been hacked before.
No one knows my information except for me and my brother but my brother only knows the id and password but doesnt know the secret for both or their verification emails.

since your char lvl has changed, i guess the assumption that someone has been using them is true.
cant really count on joymax doing anything about the characters, they will say they regret anything that happened with your char but cannot reverse anything since the serveer would be affected.

just hope they can change your password for you and get to log in to see the damage done

I got an account with some lowbies from a friend who quitted SRO 6 months ago.
then as i wanted to farm one of them during the event time with all the free taxis, suddenly i couldnt get in.
I checked rev6 as you did and the char lvl was not 13, but 21

I asked joymax and they were not willing to do anything.
My met my friend and he said he was just out for a stroll on the characters lol, i was lucky.

if you have email verification then the only way to change the pass is to have access to the email account.

that suks.. now i wouldnt want to leave my char even for a week but that is just ridiculous. No one has that much time to play every day.
they should make an option for players who want to leave for a long time, a week or two namely for holidays. or maybe months.
from this option you can have your account locked and no one could access it for a certain period of time, even yourself. ive been wanting to suggest this to joymax, but oh well. its not like they listen anyways.

if you have email verification then the only way to change the pass is to have access to the email account.

I have access to both of the email verification accounts, yet when I try to change the password ( for the silkroad accounts ), it keeps on saying "Cannot change due to wrong information" although I m using the correct secret answer which I have written down on my paper, assuming that the info I wrote on the paper I may have misspelled, I can still remember them because I m the one who made them.

Yet I cannot understand how the password of the silkroad account got changed on both of the accounts, yet both of the email verification accounts do not contain any of verification emails in the inbox in which verification codes are sent. ( Maybe they got deleted )

The whole idea of a hacker knowing, my id, my secret answer and the verification mail and its password of both accounts doesnt make sense to me and makes me also assume its a secuirty leakage that someone got hold of and used the information to use my accounts.

I would appreciate furthur assistance, thanks forum members.

My brother couldn't be able to play it because we both didnt have internet.

We only use one PC and I always did regular scans everyday to ensure the abscence of keyloggers\malwares\spywares using Kaspersky and Counterspy.

About the forums, we have never participated there, and if there was a forum insecurity, why my other accounts didnt suffer the same problem?

What still keeps me impressed is before my internet cut, I was able to change the password of my first account meaning I m 100% sure of its secret answer and I can gain access to the email and the ID is correct, now I keep on trying to change the password of this account yet I keeo getting the same message of wrong information and kept in a totally weird situation.
I need furthur opinions or assitance on the issue please and thank you

Does anything in MajinCooler's rev6 profile (i.e. the guild name and trader alias) remind you of anyone? Do you know anyone in the guild that the character is in? If so, you might have a clue as to what happened to your chars.

That being said, if your sig is true then you're not really missing out much are you? Just play another 6 weeks.

maybe ur bot auto log ins and plays from the internet itself and has been leveling ur accounts as a surprise bday present...

The guild he's in was our guild's enemy in FW, thiefing etc. But I didnt have any conflict with them anyways.

The whole point is I was able to change the password for MajinCooler once, but now I cant change it with the same info and thats what is keeping me in a total confusion and still havent got the answer.
If anyone can prupose other solutions of what I can be capapble of doing, please offer your help! Thsnks.

If there truly was a security leak then I doubt you'd be the target (no offense). People would go after things of much higher value and not lower level accounts..

The only way to be 'hacked' is to use a third party program or visit a malicious third party related site OR give out your information. There are -no- other ways (excluding the epic rev6 3 step hack that happened about a year ago, haha.)

1) Through guesses or through hack
2) Through social hack by talking with you and you leaked it, or through hack
3) The hacker can't have access to you Yahoo or Hotmail unless you got keylogged. Although, i heard somewhere someone found a way to decode the verification code, all he needs is the email and other info (that i don't remember) to generate the code. Bingo, everything is needed to change someone's password.
4) If you got your email verification sent by JM but still you can't change it, means you wrongly entered your info, like you thought it's "Abc" but it's "abc" or "abc def" but "abcdef". Moreover use IE.

hey majin..lotano from odin here....ok this is what you do..

1.Log on the email where your verification message is sent to.
2.Change the pw to that email.
3.Email joymax about the issue and see if they can change your pw.
4.Change your silkroad info and possibly secret quesion/answer.
5.Log on and play silkroad!
6.Log on Odin and give me 100mil.
