as longs as kinds continue to max out their monthly limit of silk just to get sun sword/staff....no need to change it atm.

Doubtful. They just make premade answers and just copy n paste them when they see a word that they think the message is about. In this case that person was retarded and say "magic pop" and went to their ready to go msgs and found magic pop to paste inside.

Or at least what I know numerous gameportal's customer service are like. Assuming Joymax is no different. Gotta remember there isn't just your email, but other people sending in stupid shit that they get spammed with so they just do this.
