I personally like old music of all types~ around the 70-80's? I've always listened to them, techno,rock, or whatever. Dont get me wrong, I love rap/hip-hop, but sometimes i might need a break from that, or even mix songs depending on my mood. Here are a few I think are great.

Love old(er) music. Like the Eagles, Bruce Springsteen, Mostly Autumn, stuff like that. Some Sting songs, Mary Black, Peter Gabriel.

I think many of these kinds of songs got popular again because of games like Guitar Hero. For me, i always liked them. I like nearly all kind of music. Rock/metal/pop/R&B yeah everything

just not jazz .....

Yeah, all those songs are good. Guitar hero and rock band and such bring back these songs, but I always knew of these songs and they are just damn good, esp. SCOM
