What Build should I pick?

Im New, but I would like a Tanker build so what of these would be the best on PvE, PvP and Job?
Also Could you tell me it's strenghts and weaknesess.

Warrior/Cleric.
Requires no skill to kill people. If you have skill with the build, you own even more.
