Guild Emblem Need Help !!

Hello,
i would like to use the picture bellow as my Guild emblem and Union emblem, anyone can split the picture and make it 16x16 ?? It is really important and it would be very helpfull.

I Put them together but they are separate images. Dosen't look as good in bmp format but tht's the format tht the sro emblems have to be in
