A few Quick Questions

1) If I die in the game what do I loose? Only XP? and is thier a different penalty for being killed by a player?

2) If i become a thief can i freely attack any merchants and be able to see thier level once i equip the correct gear?

3) whats to loose if i die from a failed thift attack?

4) the items i gain from thift can only be sold to other players? and how easy to see are they?

1) if a mob kill sou you only loose exp. if your under murder you loose exp, sp, and possibly an item.

2) you can attack merchants over lvl 40 or a trade more than 2*. you can predict there lvl from the thiefs they spawn.

3) you will only loose exp, just like a mob killing you.

4) items stolen from traders can only be sold in thief town so make sure you have bandit den scrolls. they will look like green squares on a red towel.

Thank you ver much but also:
1) Will the item drop be random?
2)I though i could begin attacking at level 20?
3 Why did i read in the guide you need a lot of money to start it seems thiefs have nothing to loose really?
4) how can i obtain these scrolls?

Also 1 last question.

5) can i freely attack any player when i press (alt) do they have a say in it at all? Will the many bots in the game be able to fight back if i start no them? cwould also be easy to kill AFK players?

1.U occasionally do lose items when killed by a mob, not just xp. If ur under murder, the chance of dropping an item increases.
2. If a merchant is under lvl40 and doing a 1* trade, u cannot attack them. If they have 2-5* trade, u can attack them, and if they ae over lvl40, u can attack them.
3. Well u don't have much to lose as a thief but nor do u gain much. Thief is more fun if ur in a thief union and there are active merchant unions in ur server. I guess u need enuf money to be able to thief.
4. I'm pretty sure u buy them from thief town but im not quite sure, haven't been a thief for years lol
5. U can freely attack anyone when u press ALT but u will get a purple status. U name will become pink. Tht means u can be attack/killed by anyone and they won't get a penalty. If u kill someone by pressing out, u'll become a murderer, which means anyone can kill u and u will lose sp, more xp than usual, and u r quite likely to lose an item. Ur name will appear in red and will stay tht will until u die, or kill enuf mobs to reduce ur pk points to 0.
